BATH, N.Y. (WETM) – A Campbell man has been arrested on multiple charges after a reported domestic dispute on Wednesday.

Garrett Ragusa was arrested by New York State Police on January 26 for allegedly harassing someone in the Village of Bath and preventing an emergency call. According to New York State Police, Ragusa allegedly damaged property, physically touched someone and prevented the emergency call.

He was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief and one count of second-degree Harassment. He was Steuben County Jail for CAP arraignment.

Ragusa was previously arrested in September 2020 for allegedly forcibly touching the genital area of male inmate while he was incarcerated in the Steuben County Jail. For that incident he was charged with Forcible Touching, a class-A misdemeanor.
