CORNING, N.Y. (WETM) — On Nov. 27, Corning’s “Parade of Lights” returned after being canceled due to the pandemic last year.

This year’s parade included “lighted moving displays” ranging from marching bands, floats, and the arrival of Santa Claus on a horse-drawn carriage.
