PA man arrested for grand larceny in Steuben County

ERWIN, N.Y. (WETM) – A 23-year-old Towanda man is facing grand larceny charges in Steuben County.

According to Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard, multiple laptop computers were stolen from a retail business in Erwin.

The Sheriff’s Office alleges that Nathan Krager stole property exceeding $1,000 and possessed suspected heroin.

Krager was located in Corning by New York State Police, and has been charged with one count of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a class E Felony and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class A Misdemeanor.

Krager was arraigned in the Steuben County Centralized Arraignment Court and released to appear in Erwin Town Court at a later date.
