Two arrested for drugs in Steuben County

CAMERON, N.Y. (WETM) – Two people were arrested after an investigation by the New York State Police Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET), Troop E uniform force and the Hornell Police Department

Investigators seized approximately three ounces of methamphetamine, two rifles and approximately one gram of marihuana on Sept. 6.

Frank Larkin, 37, of Rathbone, NY and Stephen Foltz, 40, of Addison, NY. were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree (class A felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree(Larkin Only) (class A misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (violation).  

Larkin and Foltz were arraigned at the Steuben County Jail and remanded to the Steuben County Jail without bail.  

The arrests resulted from an investigation conducted by the Hornell Police department and the New York State Police
