Tornado hits nursing home in Pennsylvania

A tornado left significant damage to an Eldercare Nursing facility in Crawford County, Pennsylvania.

The roof of this building owned by Rolling Fields Eldercare Community is mostly decimated.

No serious injuries have been reported but two residents have been hospitalized for unrelated concerns, according to officials.

The facility issued evacuations orders for all 182 of its residents. Sources say the residents have been placed at a middle school with no indication of when they can return home.

In addition, the American Red Cross has opened a shelter for the residents at a local church.
