Two people have been arrested and charged after a meth lab operation is busted in the Village of Bath.
Bath Village Police say 35-year-old Shawn Northrup and 23-year-old Christopher Sutton have been charged with Second Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (a felony) and Third Degree Manufacturing of Methamphetamine.
Police initially received a tip the two were possibly making meth at an apartment located on William St. in Bath. Inside, police discovered a meth-making operation.
Northrup and Sutton have been taken to the Steuben County Jail and are being held on no bail. Police say more arrests in connection to the meth-making operation could be forthcoming.
