ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) – Judge Otto Campanella has been sworn-in as Chemung County’s newest County Court Judge.
Judge Campanella was sworn-in by Senior Chemung County Court Judge Richard W. Rich.
Judge Campanella was elected with 63.8% of the vote this fall over Damian Sonsire.
