Kids will be able to learn about environmental sustainability this fall. The City of Corning is offering a new camp for kids this month.
Guest speakers and hands on activities will be used to teach children, ages eight to 12 about the environment.
For $10 per child of Corning, the camp will allow for kids to re-create the main entrance of the Corning Senior Center, where the camp will take place. They will also make crafts out of recycled goods.
Sept. 17 will be the first day of the camp. It will run until Oct. 15.
