A Steuben County man accused of selling heroin was arrested by deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.
Joshua Bailey, 29, of Bath was arrested on an active Superior Court Warrant for one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, both class B felonies.
Bailey was arraigned in Steuben County Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail.
The arrest results from an investigation conducted by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Village of Bath Police Department, City of Corning Police Department, and the Steuben County District Attorney’s Office.
