Two Hornell residents arrested, found with 70 bags of heroin

Two Hornell residents were arrested Thursday evening after police found over 70 bags of heroin, which were pre-packaged for sale. 

The arrest was the result of an investigation into the sale and distribution of heroin in the City of Hornell. 

26 year-old Dylan Outman and 27 year-old Theresa Latham were stopped while driving on Seneca St. just before 6 p.m. on Thursday. 

Both were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, which is a Class B felony. Outman was also charged with a Violation of Parole.

Both are set to be arraigned Friday morning.
