MCGRAW, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A Cortland County man is facing a felony charge for the death of a 2-year-old.
The Sheriff’s Office began investigating the child’s death at a home in the village of McGraw around 9 p.m. Thursday night.
On Friday, they announced the arrest of 29-year-old Dorain Bohn of McGraw on charges including criminal negligent homicide, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Bohn is being held pending his arraignment in the case.
