Elmira woman arrested on multiple felony drug charges

HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WETM) - The New York State Police Troop E arrested Debra Rummings, 38, of Elmira after a narcotics investigation in the Village of Horseheads.

A traffic stop in I-86 in Horseheads led to the recovery of approximately 90 grams of heroin, approximately 11 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 15 grams of marihuana, approximately 1 gram of cocaine and several ecstasy pills were secured along with digital scales, packaging material, and a glass smoking device.  

Rummings has been charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (class B felony), two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (class A misdemeanor), Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree (class B misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (violation).  

Rummings was arraigned in the Village of Horseheads Court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail
