HORNELL, N.Y (18 News) - Two Bolivar residents are behind bars on drug charges, Thursday night.
Hornell Police officers pulled over Andrew Smith, 23, and Lynn Quaintance, 24, and found the two in possession of over 2 ounces of marijuana, concentrated cannabis for vape pens, and THC infused gummy bears. Officers also said they recovered a large amount of U.S. currency and evidence indicative of the street sale of drugs.
Both were charged with 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Smith and Quaintance are being held at the Hornell Police Department lock up pending arraignment in Hornell City Court.
