BATH, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - The Baby Cafe is a place for new moms to go for a support system and to share, learn, connect.
A center with such lofty goals devoted to new moms and of course their babies.
"I like there's a lot of other kids that my son can play with, just get a lot of interaction and talk to other parents and moms," said parent Brooke Karns.
The cafe is a breastfeeding drop in center in Bath.
It's a support group with a web of moms hoping to provide help to others in need.
"What we're really trying to do is have a supportive environment for new moms, and families this particularly those who are breastfeeding and have questions but really it's just a time where they all could come together and have that support," said public health educator Lorelei Wagner.
Karns is one of the families who comes here for support.
"I've gotten a lot of other advice from moms like what my kids doing and what he's going through and just figuring out because he does have four month old little brothers," Karns said.
The cafe hosted an Easter party Friday, little ones welcoming the Easter bunny with open arms.
The site in Bath is at the Dormann Library every Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.
