BIG FLATS, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - A Michigan man made a stop at Taco Bell here in the Southern Tier and ended up in the Chemung County Jail.
Danny Schoonover, 22, of Weston, Michigan was arrested yesterday after the sheriff's office said they received a report of a drunk-driver going through the Taco Bell drive-thru on County Route 64 in Big Flats.
Schoonover was charged with the following;
- Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence
- Unlawful Possession of Marijuana
- Refuse Pre-Screen Test
- Failure to Comply with Lawful Order of Police
- Driving While Intoxicated
He was arraigned in Big Flats Town Court and sent to the Chemung County Jail.
