BIG FLATS, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - Multiple fire departments respond to a call at the Elmira-Corning Regional Airport.
At approximately 9 p.m., Saturday night, calls came in of a Delta airplane with electrical problems.
The airplane was flying in from Detroit, but landed safely with no issues.
Airport Director of Aviation Bill Hopper said there was no damage to the plane and no injuries to the 55 passengers on board, or the crew.
He added the reported problem was just a precautionary measure.
