High pressure in control Tuesday night. Mainly clear skies continue, along with dry weather. Calm winds and limited to no cloud cover helps temperatures drop into the low to mid teens for overnight lows.

High pressure the main weather-maker through Wednesday. Sunshine continues, along with dry weather through the afternoon. Winds shift to out of the south, helping temperatures reach slightly above average for this time of the year. Highs Wednesday in the low 40s. High pressure moves east off the coast Wednesday night, and clouds move back into the region late. Lows Wednesday night near 20 degrees.

Low pressure developing in the south pushes north into the region through Thursday. Turning mostly cloudy, but dry through most of the day. Strong southerly flow continues to usher in the warmer than average temperatures. Highs Thursday in the mid to upper 40s. Chance for rain increases Thursday night, and lows near 40 degrees. Occasional rain continues for Friday and could be heavy at times. Total rainfall from Thursday night through Friday of 1-2" possible, which may cause poor drainage issues. Highs Friday in the low 50s. Chance for showers continues Saturday. Cooling down for the weekend with highs in the 30s.
