TYRONE, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - The former Town of Tyrone Highway Superintendent has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
66-year-old Paul Ernhout, of Dundee, was accused of submitting an altered town highway car invoice for work done on his personal car.
He was originally charged with felony official misconduct and offering a false instrument for filing.
As part of his deal, Ernhout will pay restitution of more than $300, and will not be allowed to run for political office for a year.
