CORNING, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - Law enforcement took down an alleged meth lab this week at an apartment in the City of Corning.
On Wednesday evening, around 6 p.m., Corning Police said officers responded to apartment 109 at the Knoxville Apartments on West William Street. Police were checking out a report of a suspicious odor coming from the apartment.
Police issued a search warrant for the apartment. There they found Richard Eygabroat, James Carson, and a working methamphetamine lab inside.
James Carson was charged with;
- Unlawful Manufacture Methamphetamine
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Obstructing Governmental Administration
- Resisting Arrest
Richard Eygabroat was charged with;
- Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine
