Move It Monday! Battle Ropes Workout

ELMIRA, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - - New York Sport & Fitness' Heather Maio shows our Zach Wheeler a cardio-intensive workout in this week's Move It Monday!

Battle ropes not only work your upper body, the muscle-toning exercise works your abs, back, and more.  Heather said, adding jumps, lunges, and squats will work your legs, too.
