NICHOLS, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - Raid nets 6 pound of pot.

On June 14, 2018, the New York State Police arrested Roger Cole, age 24, of Nichols, NY for the felony of Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 2nd degree and the misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
At approximately 5:45 a.m., members of CNET Southern Tier, Troop C Uniform Troopers and deputies from the Tioga County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant on a residence on West River Road in the town of Nichols. Approximately six pounds of marijuana and equipment used to cultivate marijuana was seized. As a result, Cole was arrested. He was arraigned in the town of Nichols Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.
