MILLPORT, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - Two Millport residents are behind bars after a bust on Maple Street, in the Village.
38-year-old Martin Best, and 33-year-old Melissa Fisher are each charged with one count of manufacture of meth in the third degree, a class D felony, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
After New York State Police raided the home, they seized approximately three ounces of suspected methamphetamine oil, drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine manufacturing materials and chemicals.
Best was remanded to the Chemung County jail on $5,000 cash bai, while Fisher was remanded to the jail on $2,500 cash bail.
