WAVERLY, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - Two Waverly men are facing drug charges after traffic stop in the village early Friday morning.
Vincent Freeman, 53, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
Freeman is accused of having 13 envelopes containing heroin in his possession. Police also found a plastic baggy containing heroin, a digital scale, several hypodermic needles, approximately 6 grams of marihuana and 5 morphine tablets.
Freeman's passenger Jordan Sinsabaugh, 30, was also arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be back in court on Nov. 16.
Freeman was sent to the Tioga County Jail without bail. Stay with 18 News for updates.
