Winter Storm Warnings no longer in effect, Winter Weather Advisories CANCELED

ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) - National Weather Service in Binghamton and National Weather Service in State College cancels Winter Storm Warnings

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM WEDNESDAY...

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna, Northern Wayne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern Wayne counties. In New York, Yates, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Cortland, Chenango, Tioga and Broome counties.

* WHAT... A mixture of light sleet and freezing rain changing to light snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to one-tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. While the heaviest precipitation even light amounts of freezing rain will result in slick spots even on sidewalks.
