The trade rumors about LeSean McCoy have bubbled up enough to get the Bills running back talking about them on Instagram.

After Thursday, that talk should be done.

Sean McDermott was questioned whether the Bills are “in any position” to trade McCoy. He simply said, “No.”

If it’s a “no” that’s covering for real negotiations, than McDermott is not someone you should sit with a poker table.

None of the rumors have been from any substantial sources, but there has been talk about the Bucs and Packers trying to trade for McCoy this week.

All the rumors are from the outside Buffalo perspective. Teams are trying to get McCoy, but no talk about the Bills having any interest in giving him up.

Still, McCoy addressed the issue on Instagram Wednesday saying, “So popping they just keep popping up with rumors. U can’t control the future.”

McDermott also said on Thursday that Cordy Glenn and Jordan Matthews would make the trip with the team to Baltimore for Saturday’s preseason game against the Ravens, but neither is expected to play. McDermott wants both acclimated to traveling with the team.

Vlad Ducasse will start at right guard Saturday, but the spot is still a competition between Ducasse and John Miller according to McDermott.

In other injury news, Tanner Vallejo had his knee scoped. The rookie is now officially week to week. Marcell Dareus (hip) and Kevon Seymour (shoulder) are day to day.
