BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB/ WETM) — Buffalo Police are investigating a shooting in the first block of Floss Avenue that left a 22-year-old Buffalo man dead.
Authorities say the victim, Vincent Cramer, was declared deceased at the scene.
They responded to the call just after 3:30 p.m.
