The Elmira College baseball team lost both games of a doubleheader against Plattsburgh State on Saturday at Dunn Field.
The Cardinals won game one 7-5.
Stephen Lydon hit an RBI single to right field in the ninth inning to give the Cardinals a 6-5 lead.
Sam Plaugher went 2-for-4, scored a run, and had 2 RBI’s for the Soaring Eagles.
Plattsburgh State won game two 5-3.
Stephen Bryant went 2-for-4 and scored two runs for the Cardinals.
Jansen Crossley went 2-for-2 and drove in a run for the Soaring Eagles.
Elmira College (3-21) is on the road against Wells College on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.
