Elmira Enforcers win fourth straight game

The Elmira Enforcers cruised to a big win Friday at First Arena against Danville.

After a close start to the game which saw the Enforcers tied with the Dashers at one, Elmira racked up four more goals and earned its fourth straight victory, 5-1. Enforcers owner Robbie Nichols was an honorary head coach for the evening and earned his 328th overall win in his career.

Sean Reynolds led the way for the Enforcers with two goals on the night. Goalie Troy Passingham notched 36 saves for Elmira (9-9). The victory secures the Enforcers at an even .500 record and they now sit in third place in the division. 

Elmira will play host to Danville again on Saturday night on free Texas Roadhouse Appetizer Night. The puck drops at 7:05 p.m.
