On Tuesday, the Horseheads Little League All-Stars defeated Fayetteville-Manlius, 4-3, in a game that lasted well beyond the average 11-year-old’s bedtime.
One game now separates Horseheads from the New York State Section One East Title.
Wednesday features a match-up between Fayetteville-Manlius and Cazenovia to decide who will play Horseheads in the Sectional Final.
The Sectional Final will be under the lights of Thorne Street Park at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
