Hornell Red Raider standout Rayyan Buell made a dream come true on Wednesday.
On National Signing Day, Buell signed his letter of intent to play D-I football at Rutgers University for the Scarlet Knights. Buell was the Section V Defensive Player of The Year last season and was being recruited to several big time programs. Boston College of the ACC was also taking a look at Buell.
