The Bills were in Minnesota a week ago, playing the Vikings in the beautiful new US Bank Stadium.
This week, it’s Lambeau Field which is one of the most historic stadiums in all of sports. A lot of Bills players said this week they were looking forward to playing in Lambeau, none more so than Micah Hyde who spent four seasons with the Packers before landing in Buffalo.
“Dare do a leap?,” the safety was asked as he prepares to return where he started his career.
“I have no idea,” Hyde answered. “I haven’t put any thought into that. I’m just trying to go out there and play my best and help this team anyway I can to get a win. If that happens, it’ll happens, I can’t guarantee what celebration I’ll do but it’ll be exciting.”
“I know Micah is going back to Green Bay and he’s fired up,” added safety Jordan Poyer. “I’ve never played at Lambeau in a regular season game and I’m excited about that, and excited about the opportunity to go back out and play again.”
“I’ve heard nothing but great things about the environment in Lambeau, just the tradition that’s been there, and the team that they have there is really good,” quarterback Josh Allen said. “You know they have a quarterback over there that, you put him on any team and he’s going to win football games, so we’re going in there, just trying to prepare and have a good week.”
