Local Sports

It’s the chance of a lifetime for three area Elmira Heights baseball players.

The trio of nine-year-old Braedyn Gulich, and 10-year-olds Landon Kintz-Smith and Noah Cain, will compete in the Baseball Youth All-American Games in Ocean City, Maryland in August. A total of 60 players were hand-selected from around the country amid thousands of submissions to compete at this high level.

Representing Bulldog Travel Baseball out of Elmira Heights, the three baseball players are thrilled to play and showcase their skills against the nation’s best.

On Tuesday night, 18 Sports spoke with each athlete as they prepare for the biggest opportunity of their young baseball lives. Their love of the game is paramount and going to Maryland together to play is special to each of them and their families.
