Elmira native Beth Phoenix is getting some well-deserved recognition.

Beckett, the acclaimed price guide for sports collectibles, ranked Beth as the 7th greatest women’s wrestler of all-time. This month, Beckett released its first-ever Wrestling Almanac, highlighting and pricing wrestling cards, collectibles, toys and more.

You can pick up a copy of the Beckett Wrestling Almanac online and at your local Barnes and Noble bookstore. Phoenix, real name Beth Copeland, is an Elmira Notre Dame graduate and WWE Hall of Famer. Beth is fresh off of competing in her first WrestleMania match in over six years two weeks ago in front of 80,000 fans in New Jersey.

In late 2012, Beth retired from the ring full-time to focus on family and her new career in counseling. NBC Elmira salutes Phoenix on her well-deserved honor.
