ELMIRA, N.Y. (18 SPORTS) - Several area talent will be bettering their game at an elite showcase later this month.
The Corning lacrosse program needs no introduction. Their success has spanned decades and now the next era continues its strong legacy.
Each year, plenty of players represent the Hawks at top level showcases throughout the region. This summer, both the boys and girls teams will send several players to the annual Under Armour summer showcase event in Baltimore at Towson University June 28th through July 2nd.
Olivia Tanneberger, Logan and Riley Olmstead will represent the Hawks on the girls team. While Collin Neally, Seth Hogue and recent Corning grad Logan McNaney will be on the boys squad. Each player will have the opportunity to play in front of some of the nation's best at the event, which will be looked at by several college scouts and personnel.
