The NCAA men’s lacrosse selection show was held on Sunday night as the 17-team field for the NCAA Tournament was announced.
Cornell did not receive an at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament and the Big Red finish the season with a record of 10-5.
Penn State (14-1) is the top seed and will host the winner of a play-in game between Marist (10-6) and UMBC (6-8) on Sunday at noon.
Corning grad Aidan Olmstead and Loyola (MD) (11-4) are the 8th seed and will host Syracuse (9-4) on Saturday at noon.
Maryland (11-4), coached by Corning native John Tillman, are on the road against 6th seeded Towson (11-4) on Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
