The Elmira Notre Dame softball team saw their season come to an end.
The top-seeded Crusaders fell to Harpursville, 7-2, in the Section IV Class C quarterfinals on Tuesday. It was a tight battle until Harpursville scored five runs in the seventh to pull away.
Edison, the second-seed in the same bracket, rolled to an 11-0 win. Check out the scores and highlights from a busy night of playoff action.
