Horseheads all-state softball player Kendal Cook is heading to the big time.

Cook, who recently decommitted from Hofstra University, has made her new college choice. Kendal will now play softball for D-I Missouri in the SEC for the Tigers. A first-team All-State pick, Cook is primed to take her talent to the next level.

Kendal is following former Hofstra coach Larissa Anderson, who left The Pride to coach Missouri. Anderson recruited Cook to play at Hofstra before she made the transition to Tigers.

The shortstop will sign her National Letter of Intent to play at Missouri this November. Stick with 18 Sports on the latest news on Kendal Cook’s rise to the major collegiate level.
