Horseheads Dave Reynolds has been through it all. A world champion horseshoe player in the 1990’s, Reynolds has had to endure some of the toughest of times.  

After a standout career in horseshoes, Reynolds was pulled away from the game. In December 2012, his wife Paula passed away, then he entered rehab for his battle with alcohol. 18 Sports had the opportunity to sit down with Reynolds to talk about his road to redemption. 

Through years of pain, Reynolds has rekindled his love for the game. Now, with the help of strong friendships and family, Reynolds has found his purpose to play horseshoes again at a high level.
