Police looking for armed and dangerous parolee

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WETM-TV) – Thomas Mailey, a spokesperson for the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision issued the following statement Friday night concerning a parolee who fleed.

Parolee Margzell Miller III, serving a sentence for attempted assault, has absconded from supervision. DOCCS is working with the Rochester Police Department on efforts to apprehend this individual. He should be considered armed and dangerous, so do not approach him. If you have any information as to his whereabouts, please call the Rochester Police Department.
