ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WETM-TV) – Thomas Mailey, a spokesperson for the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision issued the following statement Friday night concerning a parolee who fleed.
Parolee Margzell Miller III, serving a sentence for attempted assault, has absconded from supervision. DOCCS is working with the Rochester Police Department on efforts to apprehend this individual.
