Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup hot wing sauce
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp. Ranch dressing mix
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 cup grated colby-jack cheese
1/4 cup fine chopped celery
1 lb. chicken breast, cooked and fine chopped
5 large wraps or flour tortillas

Basic Preparation

Using a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, wing sauce, blue cheese, colby-jack, garlic, Ranch mix, and celery until smooth and creamy. Next, fold in the chopped chicken until well combined.

Now, take a wrap and spread about 3/4 cup of the mixture, evenly, over the wrap. Starting with the wrap edge closest to you, roll the wrap away from you.  Repeat, the process with the other wraps. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut off the ends and cut into 5 pieces. Secure with tooth picks if needed. Serve with Ranch dressing and enjoy.
