Crock Pot Italian Chicken
6-8 boneless/skinless chicken thighs
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash’s seasoning
1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 10 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup half and half
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
chopped fresh parsley
cooked pasta or rice
Spray the crockpot liner with release. Place the chicken in the bottom of the liner. Sprinkle the Mrs. Dash seasoning and black pepper over the surface of the chicken. Now, mix the cream of chicken soup and half and half together in a medium bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken and sprinkle the dry dressing mix, evenly, over the chicken mixture. Next, add the cubed cream cheese, evenly, over the chicken.
Cover the crockpot and set the thermostat on low for 6 hours. When the chicken is done, shred it with two forks and mix into the cream sauce.
Serve over cooked pasta or rice. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with garlic bread.
