Easy S’mores Bars 

16.5 oz. chocolate chip dough, homemade or store bought
11/4 cups graham cracker crumbs divided, 1/2 cup, 3/4 cup
1 7oz. jar marshmallow creme, heated 

Basic Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9″x 9″ baking pan with release and set aside. Using a large bowl, break up the cookie dough. Add the 3/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs and knead to combine evenly. Divide the dough into two equal portions and press the first half into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Now, take the marshmallow creme and microwave for about 30 seconds to make it pourable. Next, pour and spread the maeshmallow creme evenly over the cookie dough surface. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs evenly over the marshmallow creme. Now, take the remaining cookie dough and break it up and drop it , evenly, all over the surface.

Place the unbaked product into a 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove to a cooling rack for 30 minutes. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows to get 9 servings. Serve eigther warm or cold.

Prep time: Active:15 minutes, Passive: 30 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes at 350 degrees
