No Churn Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

2 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups oreo cookies, crushed
Basic Preparation

Using a power mixer, beat the heavy cream to stiff peaks. In a separate smaller bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until well combined.

Now, add the wet mixture to the beaten heavy cream and fold together gently. The heavy cream needs to be combined completely without removing the fullness of the cream. Next, fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.

Move the ice cream mixture to a glass container, such as a loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours before serving.
