Southwest Holiday Crockpot Dip
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and course chopped
1 14 oz. bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and moisture squeezed out
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature, cubed
1 4.5 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups smoked sausage, chopped
1 1/2 cups Mexican cheese blend
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. ground cumin
round tortilla chips
Spray your crockpot liner with release. Using a medium size bowl, mix all of the ingredients , except for the Mexican cheese. Pour into the liner and place in the crockpot.Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
When the cooking time has elapsed, stir in the Mexican cheese blend and cook an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve hot with round tortilla chips.
