Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
1 14.5 oz. can sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated
3 cups White chocolate chips or discs
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, not natural
Preheat the bottom of a double boiler pan with water until it is boiling briskly. Insert the top pan and add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until the milk is hot, but not boiling.
Now, add the white chocolate and peanut butter and continue to stir until all of the ingredients have come together into a uniform looking mixture.
Now, line a 8″x8″ pan with foil and spray with release. Pour the hot mixture into the pan and level. Place the pan in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set up. Slice the fudge into 36 pieces by cutting 6 rows by 6 rows. Store in an air tight container, and use within 5 days.
