Bill Frye and Shane Chapman from Pivot Physical Therapy stopped by 18 News Today to discuss their upcoming walk for hunger.
They will be holding their 5th annual walk for hunger July 8 through 12. Non perishable food items and monetary donations are being accepted at any Pivot location from July 8 until July 31.
Bill Frye is the athletic trainer and will be walking 101.5 miles through the Northern Tier and he is looking for donations from the public. Leading up to the walk, Pivot will be running a raffle with multiple prizes to win.
The grand prize is 4 tickets to a Pittsburgh Pirates home game on August 25. Other prizes include a pack of 5 tickets to an Elmira Pioneers home game on July 20, and two free rounds of golf at the Towanda Country Club and more.
