Cooler air continues to enter the region for your day on Wednesday as a cold front passed through yesterday. Some showers in the form of snow and rain may linger early this morning but we will continue to dry out and see decreasing clouds through the day. Temperatures will only top off in the upper 40s this afternoon. Winds will be out of the north 5-15 mph helping to keep these cooler temperatures in the Twin Tiers.

Tonight we see some clouds but remain mainly clear, this will allow temperatures to fall into the 20s as winds become calm. Overall we look to stay mainly dry into tonight and Thursday. Clouds quickly increase Thursday as our next area of low pressure makes its trek towards the region. Temperatures will be slightly warmer Thursday back into the low to mid-50s as winds kick out of the south.

Showers become likely on Friday as low pressure passes to our north, dragging a cold front through our area. The chance for a thunderstorm is also possible with this frontal passage. Winds will also become gusty at times. Highs on Friday and Saturday in the 60s with some showers lingering early Saturday before we track another system moving in Sunday and into Monday. Temperatures look to end the week in the 50s.
