Chance to see a lingering light rain shower this evening before high pressure works into the Twin Tiers region. Cloud cover will slowly clear out during the overnight hours. Chance to see areas of patchy fog early Monday morning. Overnight lows will fall into the low 50’s.
High pressure over the region will allow for beautiful weather for Memorial Day! Skies will be mainly clear, leading to a lot of sun shine for the Twin Tiers and mild temperatures. Highs will make it into the mid to upper 70’s. Cloud cover will begin to increase during the late afternoon hours.
Unsettled weather makes a return from Tuesday through the end of the work week. We’ll see some light rain and an isolated thunderstorm on Tuesday. Highs will be in the low 70’s. Light showers will be more scattered for Wednesday, but there is still a chance to see a thunderstorm. Highs Wednesday will be in the low 80’s. Rain shower chances will stay with us Thursday and Friday. Quiet start to the weekend, with the sun making a return for Saturday. Rain showers return for Sunday afternoon.
