AVERAGE HIGH FOR AUGUST 11TH: 82°
AVERAGE LOW FOR AUGUST 11TH: 56°
SUNDAY SUNRISE: 6:09 AM
SUNDAY SUNSET: 8:15 PM
High pressure remains in the region allowing for the beautiful weekend we have had so far to continue. High today continue to be below average and that is the case for almost every day this week. Highs today around 80 degrees. Partly cloudy skies expected and a beautiful day as a result. Lows tonight will drop to the mid to upper 50s, right around average for this time of year.
Tomorrow increase in the afternoon with chances of isolated showers in the afternoon as well. High temperatures tomorrow will be right around average or slightly above average in the lower 80s. Low temperatures tomorrow will not drop as low thanks to the resulting overnight cloud cover, around 65 degrees.
Tuesday holds our largest chance for showers and thunderstorms as a system rolls through the area. Dynamically active with plenty of lifting mechanisms, showers and thunderstorms will be possible throughout the day. The largest chance to hear rumbles of thunder will be in the afternoon when instability is greatest. However, with a high in the upper 70s, instability will be very limited. Lows Tuesday night in the lower 60s.
Throughout the rest of the week highs either in the mid to upper 70s or very low 80s with sunny skies consistently through Friday.
