Mild start to your Tuesday, temperatures will continue to rise into the low 80s this afternoon. Cloud cover has increased this morning ahead of the cold front that will pass over the region this afternoon. Seeing some spotty showers this morning along with the cloud cover. Rain chances along with thunderstorms are possible this afternoon. Main threat of the thunderstorms that form will be the possibility of heavy rainfall and gusty winds. Showers will linger this evening and overnight, before we are left under cloudy skies. Overnight lows will stay on the mild side, with temperatures only cooling into the low 60s.

A warm and humid air mass will fill in over the region once the cold front passes. This will lead to warming temperatures and increasing humidity values for the remainder of the work week. Temperatures will be closer to average as we head into the weekend, as highs will return to the lower 80s.

Temperatures for the Fourth of July are going to be hot and humid! Highs will near 90 and with the humidity values it will be quite muggy. Chances to see thunderstorms and showers during the afternoon. If you have outdoor activities planned just make sure you are keeping an eye on the sky.
